摘  要:本文对水性木器漆进行配方设计和性能测试研究,而配方设计的核心是助剂的选择与合理应用。通过单因素变量法确定各助剂的用量,在制漆过程中测试各助剂用量的平衡点,在文章中选择相应体系的水性树脂,研究和讨论多种助剂的用量对水性木器漆的性能影响,确定应用于水性木器漆的前沿可行的工艺方案。In this paper, the formulation design and performance test of waterborne wood paint are studied, and the key of formulation design is the selection and rational application of auxiliaries. The amount of each auxiliary was determined by single factor variable method, and the balance point of each auxiliary agent was tested in the process of paint making. In the paper, selecting the appropriate system of waterborne resin, discussing the effects of various auxiliaries on the performance of waterborne wood paint and determining the forward and credible plan for the application of waterborne wood paint.
