摘  要:采用马弗炉高温分解方式将各添加组份试样预先300度分解,再使用甲苯溶剂超声波萃取以及乙酸肝和三乙胺衍生,然后用GC/MS进行双酚A测定;结果表明,热塑性聚酯PBT在制备玻璃纤维(GS)增强复合材料时,当使用含双酚A环氧类成份的浸润剂生产的玻璃纤维(GS),在制备复合材料的挤出过程中易产生致癌物质双酚A。Using the high temperature decomposition method of the muffle furnace, the samples of the added components were decomposed 300 degrees in advance, then the ultrasonic extraction of toluene solvent and the derivative of acetic acid liver and three ethylamine were used, and then GC/MS was used to determine the bisphenol A. The results showed that the thermoplastic polyester PBT used bisphenol when the glass fiber (GS) reinforced composite was prepared. The glass fiber (GS) produced by A epoxy ingredient wetting agent is prone to produce carcinogenic bisphenol A in the extrusion process of composite materials.
