摘  要:以氢氧化钾(KOH)为催化剂,八甲基环四硅氧焕(D4)为单体,80℃制备了聚硅氧烷种子细乳液;正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)的混合水解液为改性剂;采用饥饿态半连续种子乳液聚合法,制备出具有良好柔顺性的复合型有机硅拒水剂。探讨了催化剂和改性剂的添加量对拒水效果的影响。通过对棉布接触角和淋水试验的测试,得出了该拒水剂的最佳使用浓度为1.0%,处理后棉织物与水的接触角可达105.2°,淋水试验评分达到95分,表明该拒水剂具有良好的拒水效果。A good flexibility Composite silicone water repellent was prepared by using the hunger-state semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization method by the Polysiloxane seed miniemulsions were prepared at 80℃ by using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4)as monomer, KOH as catalyst and the mixed hydrolysates of ethyl-orthosilicate (TEOS) and(3-aminopropyl)triethoxy-silan (KH550) as the modifiers. The influence of the addition amount of catalyst and modifier on the water repellent effect was discussed. Through the test of cotton contact angle and water spray test, it is concluded that the optimal use concentration of the water repellent is 1.0 %, the contact angle of cotton fabric with water can reach 105.2° after treatment, and the water spray test score reaches 95 points. All this show that the water repellent has a good water repellent effect.
