摘  要:作为一种重要的工程塑料,浇铸尼龙具有机械强度大、韧性良好、化学稳定性强等一系列的优点。然而,浇铸尼龙分子链间存在大量的氢键,结晶度高导致在低温或干燥环境状态下易脆、易裂、抗冲击及柔韧性差,极大的限制了其在某些领域的应用。为了改善此问题,本文以己内酰胺、氢氧化钠和六氢-2H-氮杂卓-2-酮为原材料合成制备了新型复合催化剂。研究结果表明采用新型的复合催化剂,浇铸尼龙具有更好的耐热性能(240℃)、更高的冲击强度(13.2 kJ/m^2)、更长的适应期(8.2 h),且微观结构致密规整,说明本实验制备的新型己内酰胺复合盐是一种良好的浇铸尼龙催化剂。As an important engineering plastic, casting nylon has the advantages of strong mechanical strength, good toughness and strong chemical stability. However, the presence of large amounts of hydrogen bonding between casting nylon chain, high crystallinity leads to brittle under low temperature or dry environment status, easy to crack, impact resistance and flexibility is poor, greatly limits its application in some areas. In order to ameliorate this problem, the new composite catalyst was synthesized by the preparation of the raw materials of caprolactam, sodium hydroxide and hexahydro-2h-azo-2-ketone. The results show that using new type of composite catalyst, casting nylon has better heat resistance (240℃), the higher the impact strength (13.2 k J/m2), a longer adjustment period (8.2 h) and dense microstructure neat, this experiment preparation of a new type ofcaprolactam compound salt is a good catalyst casting nylon.
