针灸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析探讨针灸联合中药穴位贴敷对面瘫患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院2015年12—2017年12月收治78例面瘫患者作为研究对象,采用随机双盲法分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例),对照组患者仅采用针灸治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用中药穴位贴敷治疗,比较2组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组患者治疗后的临床总有效率分别为97.44%(38/39)、76.92%(30/39),2组相比组间差异均具有统计学意义(χ2=7.34,P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者House-Bracnmann面神经功能分级(H-B分级)相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者H-B分级均显著下降,但观察组患者的下降效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论面瘫患者采用针灸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗可以有效的提高患者的临床疗效,且有效的改善患者的面部功能,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To analysis the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese herbs acupoint application in the treatment of facial paralysis. Methods A total of 78 patients with facial paralysis were selected from December 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital. Patients were divided into control group（ n = 39） and observation group（ n = 39） by randomized double-blind method.Patients in the control group received only acupuncture treatment,and the observation group used Chinese herbs acupoint application on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total clinical effective rates in the observation group and the control group after treatment were 97. 44%（ 38/39） and 76. 92%（ 30/39）,respectively,and there had significant difference between the two groups（ χ^2= 7. 34,P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there was no significant difference in functional classification of HouseBracnmann＇s facial nerve（ HB classification） between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,HB classification decreased significantly in both groups,but the decline in the observation group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Facial paralysis patients with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point application therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients and e the patient＇s facial function,has significant effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
