中西医结合治疗PCOS合并复发性流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合治疗PCOS合并复发性流产的临床疗效。方法收集本院收治的86例PCOS合并复发性流产患者,2015年12月—2017年12月为研究时段,分试验组、对照组,每组样本容量43例,对照组采纳常规西医治疗,试验组采纳中西医结合治疗。比较治疗效果、内分泌指标。结果 2组雌二醇、孕酮、HCG治疗前不具统计学差异,P>0.05;与对照组治疗效果比较,试验组较高,与对照组治疗后雌二醇、孕酮、HCG比较,试验组较低,具统计学差异,P<0.05。结论 PCOS合并复发性流产患者采纳中西医结合治疗,患者病情可见显著好转,效果确切,值得临床借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating PCOS combined with recurrent abortion. Methods 86 cases of PCOS complicated with recurrent abortion were collected. December 2015 to December 2017 was the study period. They were divided into experimental group and control group,and each group had 43 cases. The control group accepted routine Western medicine treatment. The experimental group used integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The therapeutic effect and endocrine index was compared. Result There was no significant difference between the two groups in estradiol and progesterone HCG before treatment（ P〉0. 05）. The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Alcohol,progesterone HCG of the experimental group was lower,and there was statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating PCOS combined with recurrent abortion can significantly improve patient＇s condition.The effect is accurate,and it is worthy of clinical reference.
