摘  要:报道了一种以二维材料MoS_2作为可饱和吸收体的全固态Tm…YAG被动调Q激光器。该激光器以785 nm窄线宽半导体激光器作为抽运源,采用平平腔设计,以MoS_2纳米片作为可饱和吸收体,实现了2μm波段的被动调Q运转。在吸收抽运功率达到2.02 W时,获得了最大平均输出功率为421 m W、最小脉冲宽度为423 ns、重复频率为49.36 k Hz、最大单脉冲能量为8.53μJ的脉冲激光输出。结果表明,MoS_2是一种可适用于2μm波段固态激光器的可饱和吸收体,为产生近红外波段的脉冲激光提供了一种新的方法。A passively Q-switched solid-state Tm:YAG laser with MoS2 as saturable absorber is reported. In this laser,a785 nm narrow linewidth diode laser is taken as pump source,a plano-plano cavity is used,and MoS2 nanosheets are served as saturable absorber. Passive Q-switching can be achieved successfully in 2 μm wavelength region. When the absorbed pump power is at 2. 02 W,the Q-switched laser pulses are obtained with the maximum average output power of 421 m W,the minimum pulse width of 423 ns,the pulse repetition rate of 49. 36 k Hz and the maximum pulse energy of 8. 53 μJ. The results indicate that MoS2 is a kind of saturable absorber that can be used in solid-state laser in 2 μm wavelength region.Furthermore,it provides a potential way to obtain 2 μm pulse laser.
