摘  要:目的观察补肾活血通淋方治疗肾虚湿热瘀阻型前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、对照的试验方法,将120例BPH患者以SAS随机化程序分为试验组(补肾活血通淋方组)和对照组(翁沥通组),疗程8周,观察治疗前后2组患者在中医证候评分、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率(Qmax)的变化。结果 2组治疗后在中医证候评分、IPSS、Qmax方面均有明显改善(P<0.05),而试验组优于对照组(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论补肾活血通淋方对肾虚湿热瘀阻型前列腺增生症有确切的临床疗效,安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue Tonglin decoction in the treatment of hyperplasia of prostate with syndrome of kidney deficiency,dampness-heat and blood stasis. Methods A total of 120 patients with hyperplasia of prostate were divided into experiment group( Bushen Huoxue Tonglin decoction group) and control group( Wenglitong group) by SAS randomization program. The course of treatment was 8 weeks,and the changes of TCM syndrome score,IPSS score and Qmax in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results TCM syndromes scores,IPSS scores and Qmax in the two groups were obviously improved after treatment( P〈0. 05). The experiment group was better than the control group( P〈0. 05),and there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Tonglin decoction has definite clinical curative effect on hyperplasia of prostate with syndrome of kidney deficiency,dampness-heat and blood stasis,and it is safe.
