替考拉宁联合美罗培南治疗老年性肺炎的有效性与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的观察并评价替考拉宁治疗老年性肺炎的有效性及安全性。方法选取医院2016年1月-2017年10月住院的老年性肺炎患者133例,其中替考拉宁联合美罗培南为研究组61例,单用美罗培南为对照组72例。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗第7天及14天的炎症、肾功能、肝功能指标及相关药物反应情况。结果研究组用药第7天和第14天各项炎症指标较对照组有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的肝肾功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义;研究组不良反应发生率为9.84%与对照组的9.73%比较,差异无统计学意义。结论替考拉宁联合美罗培南治疗老年性肺炎安全有效,肝肾功能损害小,不良反应发生率低,可在临床推广使用。OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy and safety of teicoplanin in treatment of senile pneumonia.METHODS A total of 133 patients with senile pneumonia who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2016 to Oct2017 were enrolled in the study,61 patients who were treated with teicoplanin combined with meropenem were assigned as the study group,while 72 patients who were treated with single meropenem were set as the control group.The inflammatory indexes,liver function indexes,kidney function indexes and incidence of drug-induced adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups of patients before the treatment and after the treatment for 7 and 14 days.RESULTS The levels of inflammatory indexes of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group on Day 7 and 14 of drug therapy,and there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in the liver and kidney function indexes between the two groups of patients after the treatment.The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 9.84% in the study group,9.73% in the control group,and there was no significant difference.CONCLUSION Teicoplanin combined with meropenem is safe and effective in treatment of the senile pneumonia and leads to less damage to the liver and kidney function,with the incidence of adverse reactions low,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
