某院住院患者下呼吸道感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的分析医院住院患者感染病原菌分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药性。方法选择2014年11月-2015年10月医院住院成人科室送检痰培养标本中分离的病原菌1838株,分析病原菌分布及药物敏感试验。结果 1838株病原菌中革兰阴性菌1216株,占66%,革兰阳性菌192株,占10%,真菌430株,占23%;革兰阴性菌中铜绿假单胞菌对阿米卡星及妥布霉素的敏感率为92%、80%;鲍氏不动杆菌对替加环素敏感性>90%;革兰阳性菌中金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替加环素敏感性均达100%。结论医院内下呼吸道病原菌阳性以老年患者为主,男性检出率高于女性,检出菌以革兰阴性菌为主。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens causing infections in hospitalized patients.METHODS From Nov 2014 to Oct 2015,totally 1838 strains of pathogens were isolated from sputum specimens that were submitted from adult departments,and the distribution and drug susceptibility rates of the pathogens were observed.RESULTS Of the 1838 strains of pathogens,1216（66%）were gram-negative bacteria,192（10%）were gram-positive bacteria,and 430（23%）were fungi.Among the gram-negative bacteria,the drug susceptibility rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains to amikacin and tobramycin were 92% and 80%,respectively,the drug susceptibility rate of Acinetobacter baumannii strains to tigecycline was more than 90%.Among the gram-positive bacteria,the drug susceptibility rates of Staphylococcus aureus strains to vancomycin,linezolid and tigecycline were 100%.CONCLUSIONThe elderly patients are dominant among the patients with lower respiratory tract infection,the isolation rate of pathogens is higher in male patients than in female patients,and the gram-negative bacteria are the predominant pathogens.
