旅游业影响我国西部地区新型城镇化的因素、机理及路径研究——基于西部地区32个旅游城市的数据分析

摘　　要：我国西部地区生态环境脆弱,旅游资源丰富,城镇化水平整体较低且不均衡,外出农民工众多,这将从根本上影响到国家全面建设小康社会的进程,新型城镇化要突破＂胡焕庸线＂。旅游产业是具有关联性强的劳动密集型、消费导向型和环境友好型产业,是我国西部地区实现就地新型城镇化的绝佳产业。文章利用2003—2012年我国西部地区32个旅游城市的面板数据进行实证研究。研究发现：旅游资源、资本和市场交通区位是旅游业影响西部地区新型城镇化的重要因素;旅游资源、资本和市场交通区位对经济、社会文化、集约绿色低碳发展和统筹城乡发展为显著正向影响,而对人口城镇化影响作用不明显。The Western China is rich in tourism resources, however, there exists many problems. For example, more fragile ecological environment, lower urbanization level, more insufficient industry support and more farmers who are going out. Which have led to some variety social problems, such as the issues on farmer and agriculture, working outside and stayed problems, gaps or differences between the east and the west. All those problems above would impede the process of building a moderately prosperous society. The new urbanization needs to break the ＂Hu Huan Yong Xian＂. This paper empirically analyzed the data from 32 tourism cities in Western China from 2003 to 2012. There are some findings as follows： Domestic tourism income, fixed-asset investment and traffic location around market are the most important indicators which affect new urbanization; The domestic tourism income has a significant positive effect on economy, culture on society, resources-environment-oriented urbanization, and the balance both urban and rural, and neither domestic tourism income and international tourism income has significant effect on population urbanization.
