摘　　要：生态农业旅游以生态农业为核心内容,而农业的生态化发展则为农业的有效供给提供了目标。生态、养生、有机农产品、乡村生态环境等因素共同构成了生态农业旅游的物质形态与价值形态。将农产品、生态产品及旅游产品相互融合,对提升农民、农村社会主体地位具有重要作用。文章在分析河北省生态农业旅游资源、市场、产品的基础上,以旅游消费为切入点,从供给侧结构性改革的视角进行剖析,针对当前生态农业旅游发展存在的问题,提出具有创新性的＂社会＋经济＋生态＂路径方法,为河北省休闲生态旅游发展提供参考。Ecological agriculture is the core content of ecological agriculture tourism, and the ecological development of agriculture provides the target for the effective supply of agriculture. Factors such as ecology, health maintenance, organic agricultural products, rural ecological environment, constitute the material form and value form of ecoagriculture tourism. Integrating agricultural products, ecological products and tourism products, will play an important role in improving the principal status of farmer and rural society. This paper is based on analyzing the tourism resources of ecological agriculture, tourism market and tourism product in Hebei province, this paper analyzes tourism consumption as the entry point, from the perspective of supply-side structural reform to analyze. Aiming at the existing problems in the development of eco-agriculture tourism, it puts forward the ＂social, economic and ecological＂ path methods with innovative ideas in order to provide reference for the development of leisure tourism in Hebei province.
