关节镜治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨关节镜治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年12月期间我院收治的60例膝关节盘状半月板损伤患者作为本次研究对象，均接受关节镜手术治疗。术后随访2个月，比较治疗前后Lysholm膝关节功能评分、疼痛评分（VAS）及生活质量变化情况，同时观察术后并发症发生情况。结果：与术前比较，患者Lyshotm膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分均明显上升，而VAS评分明显下降，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；术后3例患者出现膝关节肿胀并发症，但均经处理后恢复正常。结论：关节镜治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤安全、有效，值得推广。Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopy in treatment of discoid meniscus injury of knee joint. Meth- odls： 60 patients with discoid meniscus injury of knee joint admitted into our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected, and they were treated with arthroseopic surgery. After two - month follow - up, the Lysholm knee joint function score, visual analogue scale （VAS）, living quality of patients before and after treatment were compared, and the postoperative complications were observed. Re- sults： Compared with before surgery, the scores of Lysholm knee joint function and living quality of patients increased, but VAS score de- creased （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; After surgery, there were 3 cases of knee swelling, but they returned to normal after treatment. Conclusion： Arthro- scopy in treatment of discoid meniscus injury of knee joint was safe and effective, which was worthy of promotion.
