摘 要:目的探讨职业倦怠在西藏中小学藏族教师的职业压力与自测健康之间的中介作用。方法随机抽取628名西藏中小学藏族教师进行问卷调查。问卷包括职业倦怠、职业压力、自测健康3个量表。采用SPSS 21.0进行统计分析。结果西藏中小学藏族教师总体健康状况不容乐观,其中生理健康(t=-12.47,P=0.000)与心理健康(t=-12.22,P=0.000)明显低于一般人群,西藏中小学藏族教师的社会健康(t=19.83,P=0.000)水平明显高于一般人群;Pearson积矩相关分析西藏中小学藏族教师职业倦怠、职业压力与自测健康各因子得分的相关性,结果表明,自测健康与职业倦怠、职业压力之间呈显著负相关(P〈0.01),职业倦怠与职业压力呈明显正相关(P〈0.01);职业倦怠在西藏中小学藏族教师的职业压力与自测健康之间起部分中介效应。结论西藏中小学藏族教师的职业压力能够直接影响健康状况,西藏中小学藏族教师的职业压力又可以通过职业倦怠间接影响健康状况。Objective To study the intermediary effect of occupational burnout among Tibetan teachers in Tibetan primary and middle schools. Methods 628 Tibetan teachers in primary and middle schools in Tibet were sellected The questionnaire included professional burnout,occupational stress,and self-rated health. Result The overall health status of Tibetan teachers in Tibet primary and secondary school was not optimistic.The physical health(t =12.47,P =0.000) and mental health(t =12.22,P =0.000) were significantly lower than the general population in Tibet The social health of Tibetan teachers in Tibet primary and secondary school ofwere significantly higher than the general population(t =19.83,P =0.000).(2) The Pearson product moment correlation analysis showed that there was significant negative correlation between the selfrated health and the job burnout as well as the occupational stress(P〈0.01),and significantly positive correlation between job burnout and occupational stress(P〈0.01).(3) Professional burnout was a part of the mediation effect between the occupational stress and the self-rated health of Tibetan teachers in Tibet primary and middle schools. Conclusions In Tibet,occupational stress can directly affect their health of the Tibetan teachers in the primary and secondary school Occupational stress can indirectly influence health Tibetan teachers in the primary and secondary school through job burnout again.
