绵羊lipin2与lipin3蛋白表达研究

摘　　要：为了研究lipin2与lipin3蛋白在绵羊脂肪等不同组织中的表达差异性,试验应用Western-blot技术检测绵羊肝脏、肾脏、小肠、股二头肌、肾周脂肪、尾脂、睾丸组织中lipin2和lipin3蛋白表达量。结果表明：lipin2在睾丸、尾脂和肾周脂肪中的表达量较高,显著高于小肠（P〈0.05）,与肝脏、股二头肌、肾脏中的表达量差异不显著（P〉0.05）;lipin3在7种组织中均有较高的表达量,其中睾丸和尾脂中表达量较高,小肠中最低,各组织间表达量差异不显著（P〉0.05）。说明lipin2与lipin3在绵羊睾丸组织、肾周脂肪、肝脏中的高表达可能与其调控绵羊繁殖机能及脂肪沉积有关。In order to research different protein expression patterns of lipin2 and lipin3 in tissues such as fat in sheep,Western blotting technique was used in this experiment to determine expression abundance of lipin2 and lipin3 in tissues including liver,kidney,small intestine,biceps femoris muscle,perirenal and tail fats,and testis. The results showed that the expression of lipin2 was higher in testis,tail and perirenal fats,significantly than that in small intestine（ P〈0. 05）,while had no significant differences compared with that in liver,biceps femoris muscle and kidney tissues（ P〉0. 05）. The expression of lipin3 was high in 7 kinds of tissues,which was relatively higher in testis and tail fat,and was the lowest in small intestine; it had no significant differences among these tissues（ P〉0. 05）. The results suggested that the high expression patterns of lipin2 and lipin3 in sheep testis,perirenal fat and liver tissues could be relative to the regulation of reproductive performance and fat deposition in sheep.
