摘 要:通过有限元法三维数值模拟,对方坯连铸软接触结晶器系统中的电磁参数进行了计算.得到磁感应强度、电磁体积力、感应涡流在分瓣结晶器系统中的分布规律.在切缝区域连铸坯表面磁感应强度较其他区域稍强,20000 Hz时约为10%;由于电磁场透过切缝作用于连铸坯上,连铸坯表面所受的电磁体积力在横向较为均匀;当钢液面位于感应线圈中部时,沿拉坯方向钢液面以下附近电磁场的作用最强,然后逐渐降低.Some electromagnetic parameters in soft contact continuous casting mold of billet were analyzed through 3-D FEM numerical simulation method. The distribution characters of magnetic flux density, electromagnetic body force, induction eddy current in the system including billet, mold and coil were obtained. The action of magnetic flux density on surface of billet nearby slit of mold is a little stronger than that on billet nearby copper mold segment, it is about 10% when frequency is 20000 Hz. The electromagnetic body force imposed on surface of strand is relatively even along the transverse direction due to electromagnetic field permeating the slits of copper mold. When the meniscus of liquid steel located at the middle of the coil along the drawing direction, the action of electromagnetic field is most strong under the meniscus and depressed gradually to exit of mold.
