摘 要:为揭示橡胶混凝土在冻融循环作用下的损伤规律,将3种粒径(20、40、80目)的橡胶粉等体积(10%、20%、30%)取代混凝土细骨料制成的橡胶混凝土同普通混凝土进行快速冻融试验。选取质量损失率和冻融损伤量两个指标进行分析。结果表明:橡胶粉的粒径在低掺量(10%)时对质量损失率的影响较小,在较高掺量(20%、30%)时与质量损失率成反比;同橡胶粉粒径下的冻融损伤量与橡胶粉掺量成反比,而高掺量、小粒径(30%-80目)的橡胶粉排斥此规律。综合分析可得:在掺量为10%~30%、粒径为80~20目范围内,橡胶粉掺量和粒径为30%-20目的橡胶混凝土抗冻性最佳。由回归分析得到拟合度较高的橡胶混凝土质量与冻融循环次数的函数关系;通过对混凝土冻融损伤量模型的验证,给出了一元二次方程模型,为橡胶混凝土冻融损伤定量化分析奠定基础。In order to reveal the damage law of rubber concrete under the effect of the freeze-thaw cycle,three volumes(10%,20%,30%) of rubber powder with particle size(20,40,80 mesh) were made of concrete for a rapid freezing and thawing test with ordinary concrete.The mass loss rate and the amount of freezing and thawing injury were selected for analysis.The results show that the particle size of the rubber powder has little effect on the mass loss rate at low dosage(10%) and is inversely proportional to the mass loss rate at higher content(20%,30%).It also shows that the amount of freezing and thawing injury is inversely proportional to the volume of rubber powder under the same particle size,but the(30%-80 mesh) rubber powder is repelled by this method.The comprehensive analysis shows that the best content and the best particle size of the rubber power for rubber concrete based on frost resistance is 30%-20 mesh when the content is10%~30% and the particle size is 80~20 mesh.The relationship between the mass of rubber concrete and the number of freeze-thaw cycles was obtained by regression analysis.Based on the verification of the model of concrete freeze-thaw damage,a quadratic equation model was given,which laid the foundation for quantitative analysis of the freeze-thaw damage of rubber concrete.
