摘　　要：[目的]探讨符为民教授治疗脑梗塞后遗症的学术理论精华和临证治疗经验。[方法]通过跟随符为民教授临证抄方以及收集整理符为民教授治疗脑梗塞后遗症医案,加以整理归纳,从病因病机、辨证论治等论述符为民教授论治脑梗塞后遗症的学术观点及临证经验,并举验案予以佐证。[结果]符为民教授从"正虚痰瘀"论治脑梗塞后遗症,认为正虚,尤以肝肾亏虚、髓窍失养为致病之本,内生痰瘀是该病病程绵长的重要病理产物。治疗上以逐瘀活血通络、开窍化痰、补益肝肾为基本大法,并巧用虫类药搜风剔络,临床疗效满意。所举验案以化痰逐瘀、舒筋和络、补肝益肾方法治疗,取得较好疗效。[结论]符为民教授从正虚痰瘀论治脑梗塞后遗症,临床疗效斐然,值得认真学习、研究、探讨和推广。[Objective] To explore the essence of academic theory and clinical experience of Professor FU Weimin in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral infarction.[Methods] By following Professor FU Weimin,he collected and summarized the typical medical records of Professor FU Weimin in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral infarction.This paper discusses Professor FU Weimin＇s academic point of view and clinical experience in treating sequelae of cerebral infarction from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis of disease,treatment of great method and so on,so as to sum up the law of drug use,diagnosis and treatment thinking and dialectical thinking,and give a related case to prove it.[Results] Professor FU Weimin treated the disease from the point of ＂Zheng deficiency and phlegm stasis＂,and considered that the deficiency of the liver and kidney,the loss of the marrow orifices and the loss of the orifices were the main pathological products of the disease.The treatment was based on removing blood stasis,activating blood circulation,removing phlegm,tonifying liver and kidney,and skillfully using insect drugs to search wind and tick collaterals. The clinical curative effect was satisfactory. [Conclusion]Professor FU Weimin treats the sequelae of cerebral infarction from the point of view of positive deficiency phlegm and blood stasis.The clinical curative effect is excellent and worthy of our generation to study, probe and popularize.
