摘　　要：[目的]初步探索儿童变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)中医证候分布规律,为制定儿童AR辨证分型标准提供依据。[方法]对2015年6月至2015年9月上海交通大学医学院附属儿童医学中心耳鼻喉科及中医科门诊的184例AR患儿进行中医证候调查,分析中医证型及证素分布规律。[结果]184例患儿中肺虚感寒型占34.24%、肺脾气虚型占23.91%、肺经郁热型占23.37%、肾阳亏虚型占18.48%。出现频次最多的证素依次为鼻甲肿胀、鼻塞、清涕、涕多、打喷嚏、鼻黏膜淡白、脉细弱、久病不愈、嗅觉迟钝和鼻痒。[结论]AR患儿最常见的中医证型是肺虚感寒型,最常见证素是鼻甲肿胀;儿童AR的证候规律仍需大样本临床研究进一步总结。[Objective]To explore TCM symptoms and signs distribution law of allergic rhinitis in children. [Methods] From Jun. 2015 to Sep. 2015, collect the data of TCM symptoms and signs of 184 children with allergic rhinitis from the outpatient department of Shanghai Children ＇s Medical Center, identify their patterns and analyze their syndrome elements. [Results] Pattern of lung Qi deficiency related cold accounts for 34.24%, pattern of lung and spleen Qi deficiency accounts for 23.91%, pattern of heat in lung meridian accounts for 23.37%, and pattern of kidney Yang deficiency accounts for 18.48%among the four TCM patterns. The most common TCM syndrome elements are turbinate swelling, nasal congestion, clear nasal discharge, excess nasal discharge, sneezing, pale nasal mucosa, weak pulse, prolonged illness, baryodmia and nasal itching. [Conclusion] Pattern of lung Qi deficiency related cold and turbinate swelling are the most common TCM patterns and syndrome elements respectively. Large sample study should be done to draw the law of TCM symptoms and signs in children with allergic rhinitis.
