摘 要:针对以往多个试油层需要分别试油时只能采用分层多趟管柱作业,存在施工周期长、作业成本高等问题,研发了一趟管柱分层射孔与水力泵排液联作技术。该技术利用压力起爆装置和安全投棒起爆装置的不同激发原理,用一体化管柱实现对两个试油层分别进行点火射孔,利用减震和泄压工具降低一级射孔枪射孔时产生的瞬间高压对二级射孔枪和安全投棒起爆装置的冲击,利用二级射孔枪起爆压力关闭第一试油层的过液通道,配合RTTS封隔器实现对第一试油层的暂闭。5口井的现场试验结果表明,两级射孔枪能够进行分别点火射孔,第一试油层能够得到有效暂闭。该技术与分层多趟管柱作业相比,能够使单井缩短施工周期约244 h,节约作业费用约60万元,对实现控本增效和作业提速具有重要意义,也将成为试油测试求产技术的重要发展方向。Previously,well testing in multiple layers was usually completed layer by layer in multiple trips. Such operation involved long duration and high cost. Accordingly,a technique of integration of layered perforation and flowback by hydraulic pump in one trip was developed. Based on the different detonation mechanisms of pressure detonator and safe tossing bar detonator,an integrated pipe string is deployed to perform perforation operations in two layers separately. By using shock-absorbing and pressure-releasing tools,the impacts of transient high pressure produced by perforation of Stage 1 perforation gun on Stage 2 perforation and safety tossing bar detonator can be minimized. Detonation pressure generated by Stage 2 perforation gun is used to close the fluid passageway in the first layer;together with RTTS packer,the first layer can be closed temporarily. Field tests in 5 wells show that the two-stage perforation guns can realize detonation and perforation separately. The first layer can be closed effectively. Compared with the layered perforation in multiple trips,the new technique can reduce the operation duration per well by approximately 244 h and the operation cost by approximately RMB 600,000. With great importance to cost control,efficiency enhancement and operation acceleration,the new technique will lead the trend for development of testing and production technologies.
