民办高校可持续发展路径与方法研究——以山东省民办高校为例

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来，民办高校发展面临新的困难，表现在生源萎缩、招生困难、办学经费紧张、办学质量提升缓慢、公益属性日益模糊以及社会声誉不断下降。为此，提出促进民办高校可持续发展的路径：落实各种规章制度，为民办高校创设良好的制度环境；对民办高校实施分类管理，突出办学公益属性；理顺法人治理结构，提高科学管理水平；提高办学质量，突出办学特色。Wifll file adventofpopularization ofH igherEducation, all kinds of difficulties in the developm entofP rivate Universities are em ergencing. Private Universities are difficult to continue the expansion of the scale and the quality of education is dim inished; the public welfare of Private Universities is increasingly blurred, the social reputation of Private Universities is being declined. This paper o ffers certain analysis and research about the d ilem m a on developm ento f P rivate Colleges .In order to prom ore the healthy and sustainable developm entofPrivate Colleges, it is necessary to im plem ent the various policies and regulations for Private Colleges to create a good institutional environmentand to im plementcategorymanagementon for-profitand non profitPrivate Colleges .It is im portant to rationalize the corporate governance structure, im prove educationalquality.
