浅析民办高校学生管理工作现状及创新

摘　　要：人才培养是高校的首要职能，民办高校在为社会培养人才中发挥着不容忽视的作用。当前高校之间竞争加剧，在以质量求生存的形势下，民办高校必须意识到在学生管理中存在的问题，牢固树立“以人为本”的办学理念，结合自身实际与学生特点，探索、创新学生管理工作模式。探析通过创新学生管理理念、健全学校管理制度、创新学生管理方法，提高学生管理水平，提高人才培养质量，使学生管理工作成为民办高校发展壮大的重要推动力量。Talent training is the first function of colleges and universities, private universities in cultivating talents for the society plays a role tilatnots allow to ignore. Currently, the competition between universities, in strives for the survival by the quality of the situation, private colleges and universities mustbe realized in problems of student management, firmly establish a＂people oriented＂ education philosophy, corn binative oneself is actual with the characteristics of students, exploring, innovating themode of studentm anagem entwork. Through innovative studentm anagem entconcept, a sound system of school managem ent, innovative studentm anagem entmethods, im prove the level of studentm anagem ent, im prove the quality of talent training,make the studentm anagement work has become an im portantd riving force o f the developmento f private colleges.
