摘　　要：以基于商业生态系统的山东生鲜智能流通模式为研究对象，通过对山东生鲜现有流通模式的分析，发现存在生鲜流通信息管理系统的建设滞后、生鲜流通主体分散且组织化程度低、生鲜标准难以统一等问题，在借鉴发达国家生鲜农产品流通模式经验的基础上，探讨基于商业生态系统的山东生鲜智能流通模式的构建和优化策略。This paper takes Shandong fresh intelligent circulation m ode based on business ecosystem sas the research object, through the analysis of the existing Shandong fresh circulation patterns, found that the lag construction of the fresh circulation of infomation management system, the main fresh circulation dispersion and the low degree of organization, the fresh standard is d ifficult to unity. Based on the experience of the circulation model of fresh agricultural products in developed countries, this article discusses the construction and optimization strategy of Shandong fresh circulation m odel based on commercialeco system.
