摘  要:针对软基残余沉降区路面内部附加应力易致路面纵向开裂的问题,文章提出增强沥青的抗疲劳性能以处治路面开裂的思路,并通过室内试验和试验路进行验证。室内试验包含沥青常规性能试验、沥青流变性能试验和沥青混合料四点弯曲疲劳试验,全程选取SBS改性沥青作为控制组对照高弹沥青的各性能指标。常规性能试验表明:短期老化前后高弹沥青的延度、弹性恢复率指标较控制组分别高约55%和16%;动态剪切流变试验表明:低温时高弹沥青的复合模量小于控制组,高温时则大于控制组;短期老化前后控制组的︱G*sinδ^(-1)︱值始终大于高弹沥青;四点弯曲试验表明:高弹沥青混合料的疲劳寿命约是控制组的2.8倍。最后通过试验路实际运行效果验证了高弹沥青的实际抗疲劳开裂性能。In order to solve the problem that the additional internal stress of the pavement in the soft-foundation residual settlement area is prone to cause the longitudinal cracking of road surface,this article proposed the idea of strengthening the anti-fatigue performance of asphalt to treat the pavement cracking,and validated it through indoor tests and test roads.The indoor test includes the conventional asphalt performance test,asphalt rheological performance test,and asphalt mixture four-point bending fatigue test,and SBS modified asphalt is selected as the control group to compare all performance indicators of high-elastic asphalt. Conventional performance tests showed that the ductility and elastic recovery index of high-elastic asphalt before and after short-term aging are both about 55% and 16% higher than those of control group; dynamic shear rheological tests showed that the composite modulus of high-elastic asphalt at low temperature is lower than that of control group,and it is greater than the control group at high temperature; ︱G*sinδ^(-1)︱value of control group before and after short-term aging is always greater than that of high-elastic asphalt; the fourpoint bending test showed that the fatigue life of high-elastic asphalt mixture is about 2. 8 times that of control group.Finally,the actual anti-fatigue cracking performance of high-elastic asphalt was verified by the actual operation effect of test road.
