摘  要:为研究钢筋混凝土箱拱桥现浇施工支架安全性能,文章结合中越北仑河第二座公路大桥工程实例,利用有限元理论,建立全桥的支架模型,对支架整体强度、刚度和稳定性进行分析,并且考虑不平衡施工、风载稳定性与局部构造强度,对拱脚施工支架进行安全性评定。结果表明:在最不利荷载作用下,支架整体强度、刚度和稳定性均满足规范要求,仅Ⅰ56a双拼工字钢、Ⅰ56a四拼工字钢和Ⅰ56a八拼工字钢等个别构件挠度值略小于规范限值,施工中适当予以加强。In order to study the safety performance of cast-in-place construction scaffolds for reinforced concrete box arch bridges,combining the engineering example of Sino-Vietnam Beilun River II highway bridge,by using the finite element theory,this article established a full-bridge support model to analyze the overall strength,stiffness and stability of the scaffold,then,considering the unbalanced construction,wind load stability and local structural strength,it conducted the safety evaluation of arched construction scaffold.The results showed that,under the most unfavorable load,the overall strength,stiffness and stability of the scaffold all meet the requirements of the specification,and only the deflection values of individual components such as Ⅰ56 a double-splice Ⅰ-beam,Ⅰ56 a quadruple Ⅰ-beam and Ⅰ56 a eight-splice Ⅰ-beam are slightly Less than the regulatory limit,which should be appropriately strengthened during construction.
