摘　　要：金华市人民医院以"两增五控"为管理突破口,即通过增加每百元固定资产医疗收入、增加国家基药比例、控制百元医疗收入卫生材料消耗、控制次均费用、控制药品比例、控制抗生素比例、控制平均住院日等管理手段,努力提升医院管理水平。Jinhua People＇s Hospital takes ＂two increases and five controls＂ as the the breakthrough,i.e.increasing the fixed assets medical income per 100 RMB,increasing national basic drug ratio,controlling the consumption of hygienic materials of per hundred medical income,average cost,drug ratio,antibiotic ratio and average days of hospitalization,to improve the hospital management level.
