摘　　要：借鉴"合理用药计分卡"管理模式设计医疗质量积分管理办法,并通过对比医疗质量积分管理实施前后各项医疗核心制度落实情况及其在我院的实施效果。结果显示,实施医疗质量积分管理提高了临床医生医疗质量意识,全院医疗核心制度得到有效落实、医疗质量持续改进、院内交流得到加强、医疗管理水平显著提升,值得基层医院借鉴推广。Inspired by the management model of ＂reasonable medication scorecard＂,and through the comparison of the implementation effect of every medical core system before and after medical quality point management and its implementation effect in the hospital,the result shows that the implementation of the medical-core-system enhance clinical physicians＇ medical quality consciousness, implements medical core system, contentiously improves medical quality,strengthens the communication in the hospital,and improves medical management level. So it is worth of popularization in primary hospitals.
