循证护理在腹腔镜下膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术后并发症中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜下膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术应用循证护理对并发症的效果。方法选取我院2016年12月~2017年12月泌尿科诊治的50例膀胱癌患者在腹腔镜下接受膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术治疗的临床资料,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行循证护理,并比较两组并发症及生活质量。结果观察组漏尿、尿失禁、肠梗阻、肠吻合漏、尿路感染、电解质紊乱、下肢静脉栓塞发生率分别为4.00%、0.00%、4.00%、4.00%、0.00%、4.00%、4.00%,均比对照组低(P>0.05);观察组护理后生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能降低膀胱癌患者在腹腔镜下接受膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术治疗后的并发症发生率,提升生活质量,效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on complications after laparoscopic bladder ileus total cystectomy and ileal neobladder replacement surgery. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with bladder cancer who had undergone laparoscopic bladder ileus total cystectomy and ileal neobladder replacement surgery in the hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected, and were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 25 in each group： the control group was given routine nursing, whereas the observation group was given evidence-based nursing. The comparisons and life quality in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of urine leakage, urinary incontinence, intestinal obstruction, intestinal anastomotic leakage, urinary tract infection, electrolyte disturbance, and lower extremity venous thrombosin the observation group were respectively 4.00%, 0.00%, 4.00%, 4.00%, 0.00%, 4.00% and 4.00%, all shown to be lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients after laparoscopic bladder ileus total cystectomy and ileal neobladder replacement surgery, evidence-based nursing is with significant effects, which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve their life quality.
