摘　　要：目的探讨胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后的综合护理效果。方法选取2016年8月~2017年6月在本院接受诊治的骨牵引固定术的胫排骨骨折患者96例作为研究对象,对照组患者采取"基础治疗+常规护理"治疗方案,观察组采用"基础治疗+综合护理"治疗方案,患者术后骨牵引时间、并发症状况、病症满意度三层面评分为主要评估内容,并运用相应统计学软件对评估结果进行分析。结果与对照组相比,研究组三个年龄段患者骨牵引时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组并发症发生几率较小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组患者病症满意度更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后实施综合护理,具备显著的临床效果,因此,在临床中能够大力实践、推广。Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing effect of tibia and fibula fracture after bone traction and fixation.Methods 96 cases of bone during the period from August 2016 to June 2017 treated in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of traction and fixation of tibia fibula fracture patients as the research object,the control group was treated by ＂basic treatment and routine nursing care treatment,the observation group received routine treatment plus comprehensive nursing treatment,postoperative bone traction time satisfaction the three level status,complications, symptoms score as the main evaluation contents,and use the corresponding statistical analysis of the results of the assessment software.Results Compared with the control group,the bone traction time of the three age groups in the study group was shorter（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the study group was less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group, the satisfaction of the patients in the study group was more significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of tibia and fibula fracture after bone traction and fixation has remarkable clinical effect.Therefore,it can be practiced and popularized in clinical.
