健康中国背景下农村公共体育服务的发展困境及治理

摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,分析健康中国背景下农村公共体育服务发展困境。研究认为:发展农村公共体育服务是促进人民身心健康的重要保障、提升健康服务能力的重要途径、推动健康产业发展的重要举措;服务水平相对较低、服务方式较为单一、服务决策缺乏民主、服务制度建设滞后是农村公共体育服务的发展困境;提出提升服务财政保障能力、深化服务方式改革、完善服务决策机制、加强服务制度建设等治理路径。This article analyzes the development dilemma of rural public sports service under the background of Healthy China with the methods of literature review and so on. The research shows that the development of rural public sports service is an important path to promote the physical and mental health of people, an important method to enhance the level of health service, an important measure to boost the development of the health industry; low level of service, simple service mode, lack of democratic decision-making and hysteretic institutional improvement are the major development dilemma. Suggestion： improving the capacity of financial guarantee of service, deepening the reform of service mode, completing the service decision-making mechanism and strengthening the construction of service system, etc.
