我国健美赛事特点及价值研究

摘　　要：采用实地调查法、访谈法等对我国健美赛事的发展历程、特征和价值进行研究。发现:我国健美赛事体系日趋完善,形成"省市—国家—亚洲—国际"一体化赛事体系;赛事规模不断扩大,项目设置更加丰富;赛事影响力逐渐扩大,逐步与国际接轨。其价值有:为健美运动员提供专业交流和职业发展平台;推动健美运动的可持续发展;推动城市多元化发展;促进健美文化的交流与传播;促进全民健身运动的开展;推动健身健美产业发展;提升青少年体质健康水平等。By using methods of field investigation and interview, this paper studies on bodybuilding＇s history, characteristics and values in China. By studying, the author finds out that system of bodybuilding competition is getting improved, gradually becoming the pattern of ＂city-stateAsia-international＂. With the scale expanded, more activities have been added to the competition. Moreover, the impact is gradually becoming worldwide. The values of bodybuilding competition can be summarized as follows： It is a stage for athlets to communicate better with each other, and to provide chances for individual＇s professional development. Competition is good for the sustainable development of bodybuilding, it drives diversified development of cities, and leads to a improved communication of bodybuilding culture. Furthermore, it accelerates the development of national fitness and bodybuilding industry, meanwhile improves healthy level of the youth.
