摘 要:根据实际鞋底材料样品情况,选择国标GB/T3903.13—2005和化工标准HG/T2874—1997来对其尺寸稳定性进行检测。主要对2种测试标准的试样制备程序、样品检测过程和数据处理3方面进行分析比较,同时研究了不同的测试条件对试样测试结果造成的影响。结果表明:GB/T3903.13适用范围广,试样制备简便,但热处理条件单一;HG/T2874只适用于微孔材料,试样制备要求高,但可以同时考察横、纵2个方向的热稳定性;随着热处理温度和时间的增加以及厚度的减少,微孔材料的热稳定性能逐渐降低。According to the actual sample materials, GB/T 3903.13-2005 and chemical standard HG/T 2874- 2874 were chosen to test the dimensional stability of sole materials. The three aspects of sample preparation program, sample detection process and data processing were analyzed and compared. The influence of different testing conditions on the test results of the samples is studied. The results show that GB/T 3903.13 has a wide range of application and simple preparation, but the condition of heat treatment is single. HG/T 2874 is only suitable for microporous materials, and the requirements of samples are high, but the thermal stability of the two directions in the transverse and longitudinal directions can be obtained at the same time. The thermal stability of microporous materials decreases gradually with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time, and the decrease of materials thicknesses.
