摘　　要：目的分析脑出血患者术后早期筛查吞咽功能障碍的方法,并提出康复护理措施。方法选取患者92例,采用随机划分方式,行一般护理模式的为对照组,给予早期吞咽障碍筛查与康复护理的观察组,并对两组患者吞咽障碍情况进行观察。结果比较整体吞咽障碍情况,观察组明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过早期筛查吞咽障碍,并给予相应的康复护理干预措施,有助于吞咽障碍程度的降低。Objective To analyze the patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation for early screening of swallowing dysfunction, and propose nursing measures. Methods 92 patients were randomly divided into mode, general nursing mode for the control group, the observation group received early dysphagia screening and rehabilitation nursing, observation of two groups of patients with dysphagia. Results Compared to the situation： overall dysphagia, the observation group was significantly lighter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early screening of dysphagia and corresponding rehabilitation nursing interventions are helpful to reduce the degree of dysphagia
