临床路径在头颈部肿瘤患者放疗护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨临床路径在头颈部肿瘤患者放疗护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月~2017年5月在我院治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者82例为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理干预治疗,观察组采用临床护理路径治疗。结果 研究结果显示,观察组护理情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将临床路径应用于头颈部肿瘤患者放疗护理中,护理效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of clinical pathway in radiotherapy for patients with head and neck tumor. Methods 82 cases of patients with head and neck tumor were selected as the study subjects, and the time between January 2016 and May 2017 was divided into two groups control group and observation group, each with 41 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The observation group was treated with clinical nursing path. Results Compared with the nursing situation of the two groups, the observation group was signifcantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical pathway is applied to radiotherapy nursing of head and neck cancer patients, and its nursing effect is signifcant and worth promoting.
