门冬氨酸钾镁治疗小儿心律失常的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析临床小儿心律失常接受门冬氨酸钾镁治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2015年10月-2017年10月本院收治的120例心律失常患儿参与研究,根据不同治疗方法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组接受基础常规治疗,观察组在基础常规治疗上联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗14 d后,观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=6.171 4,P=0.013 0)。治疗14 d后,观察组早搏频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,与对照组5.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(X^2=0.208 7,P=0.647 8)。结论:小儿心律失常接受门冬氨酸钾镁治疗能够明显提升用药效果,使患儿临床症状明显改善,显著降低早搏频率,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Potassium Magnesium Aspartate in the treatment of arrhythmias in children.Method：120 children with arrhythmia were selected from October 2015 to October 2017,according to different treatment method,they were divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was received routine treatment,the observation group was received routine treatment and Potassium Magnesium Aspartate.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Result：14 days after treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=6.171 4,P=0.013 0）.After 14 days of treatment,the frequency of premature beats in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,compared with 5.00% of the control group,there was no significant difference（χ^2=0.208 7,P=0.647 8）.Conclusion：The treatment of children with arrhythmias by Potassium Magnesium Aspartate can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the frequency of premature beats,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
