摘　　要：马克思主义认为,军队具有阶级性,这是中国共产党和军队关系的理论基础。在此基础上,以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人建立了新型人民军队,并在实践中不断深化。不仅如此,中国共产党还通过宪法和党的章程构建起党内外两个系统的制度安排对其进行规制。但是从根本上讲,中国共产党与军队具有根本利益的一致性,中国人民解放军是党的军队、人民的军队、国家的军队三者的有机统一。According to Marxism,the army is with class nature,which is the theory foundation for the CCP and PLA.Based on the theory,the CCP,represented by Mao Zedong,founded the new type of people＇s army,and constantly deepened during the practice development.Moreover,the CCP constructed two systems inside and out the party by the Constitution and the Party Constitution,which is the＂one identical institution under two names＂.But fundamentally,the CCP and the PLA share the same basic interest.The PLA is the combination of Party＇s army,people＇s army and the country＇s army.
