摘　　要：选取一个特定的文本,清晰描绘出我军思想政治教育话语的发展路径、主题的演变规律和发展趋势,对于梳理出我军思想政治教育话语的演变过程、创新我军思想政治教育话语具有十分重要的意义。本文引入文献计量学热门知识图谱软件Cite SpaceⅡ和社会网络分析工具Ucinet对《政工条例》进行了定性和定量分析,描绘了思想政治教育话语的发展脉络和历史轨迹。It is of great significance to classify the evolution process of the ideological and political education discourse and create the PLA ideological and political education discourse by selecting a specific text and describes clearly the developing path of the PLA ideological and political education discourse. This paper introduces the popular bibliometrics knowledge mapping software CiteSpace II and the social network analysis tool Ucinet to analyze the ＂Political Work Regulation＂ from quantity and quality aspects, and describes the developing path and history trace of ideological and political education discourse.
