增强思想政治教育时代性、实效性和感召力研究

摘　　要：当前基层思想政治教育还存在＂两个脱节＂＂单向灌输＂＂急于求成＂等问题,原因在于抓教育的指导思想还不够端正、搞教育的理念意识还不够科学、教育方法还滞后于时代、对教育的特点研究还不够深入、教育者的能力素质还跟不上需求等。由此,增强思想政治教育的时代性、实效性和感召力,必须在主动求＂实＂即紧贴社会生活、部队建设、官兵思想实际,努力求＂深＂即深到事物的本质、思想困惑、问题的解决上,善于求＂新＂即观念新、内容新、方法新等上探求对策方略。In current ideological and political education,there are still such problems as＂two disconnections＂,＂one-direction brainwash＂,＂impatience for success＂and so on.The reason lies in the fact that the guiding principle of education is not right,the philosophy is unscientific,the method is still backward,the research on the education character is not so deep,and the ability and quality of the educator can＇t meet the requirement.Therefore,to improve the contemporary spirit,effectiveness and appeal of ideological and political education,the work should be done in the following ways：to find the ＂truth＂initiatively,which means close to the reality of the social life,military construction and the officers＇ and soldiers＇ mind;to try to research ＂deeply＂,which means to penetrate to the nature of the issue to find the confusion in mind and to find the way to solve the problem;to be good at ＂innovating＂,which means to find the countermeasure by new notion,new content and new method.
