摘　　要：西方民主核心价值观生长于欧美资本主义文化,其实质是以＂私＂为核心的个人主义民主核心价值观。西方资本主义民主核心价值观正在将个人引向精致的利己主义和理直气壮的个人主义,将国家引向碎片化、极端化、民粹化,将人类引向战争。然而,由于欧美资本主义文化在当今世界的强势地位,西方民主核心价值观对我国社会主义民主核心价值观的践行和培育造成了语境之困。Western democracy core value grows in European and American capitalist culture. And its essence is the core value of individualism,which presents the core of private. Western democracy core value is leading individual towards the delicate and righteous individualism,leading country towards fragmentation,radicalization and populist,leading human beings war. However,due to the strong position of Europe and America＇s capitalist culture in the world today,W estern democracy core value is the context of trap to practice and foster the socialism core values of China.
