摘  要:为了研究生物炭对油用牡丹在黄壤中生长的影响,本文采用大田试验方法,设置不施肥和施肥两个区域,分别设计了0 kg/m^2、2 kg/m^2、4 kg/m^2、6 kg/m^24个生物炭添加量处理,来测定不同生物炭添加对黄壤上油用牡丹生长的影响。结果显示,土壤添加生物炭后,土壤p H、全氮、全磷、速效氮和速效磷含量随着生物炭添加量的增大而增加;在未施肥区,6 kg/m^2生物炭添加量对油用牡丹的株高、地径、叶片SPAD值的促进作用效果最佳,与未添加生物炭相比,株高、地径分别提高了10.43%、10.69%,且油用牡丹根、茎、叶中的氮磷含量均是生物炭添加量为6 kg/m^2时最高;在施肥区,4 kg/m^2生物炭施用量对油用牡丹的株高、地径、叶片SPAD值的促进作用效果最佳,并且显著提高了油用牡丹根、茎、叶中的氮含量,与FB0相比,根、茎、叶中氮含量分别提高了12.26%、13.04%、10.41%。总体而言,施肥区添加生物炭的3个处理中植物株高、地径、叶片SPAD值和各器官中氮含量均优于未施肥区的等炭量处理。综上,在黄壤上种植油用牡丹,生物炭用量控制在4 kg/m^2比较适宜。In order to understand the effect of biochar on the growth of oil peonies in yellow soil,field experi-ment was conducted in non-fertilization and fertilization plots. Biochar dosages including 0 kg/m2,2kg/m2,4kg/m2 and 6kg/m2 were applied at the subplots of the two plots,and the four growth indices of oil peonies planted in these subplots by the same densities were tested. The results showed that soil pH,total nitrogen,to-tal phosphorus,available nitrogen and available phosphorus increased with the increasing of biochar addition. In the non-fertilization plots,the subplots with the 6kg/ m2 of biochar application had the best effects on plant height,root diameter and leaf SPAD value of oil peonies. Compared with the subplots with no biochar applied,the plant height and diameter increased by 10.43% and 10.69%,respectively. The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in roots,stems and leaves of oil peonies were also the highest at the plots with 6kg/m2 of biochar applied. In the fertilization plots,the subplots with 4kg/m2 of biochar application had the greatest effects on the plant height,root diameter and SPAD value of oil peonies. The content of nitrogen in roots,stems and leav-es of oil peonies increased by 12.26%,13.04 and 10.41% compared with the subplots of no biochar applied. O-verall,plant height,root diameter,leaf SPAD value and nitrogen contents in different organs of oil peonies in three fertilized subplots were greater than those in the non-fertilized subplots. Therefore,the amount of biochar applied to yellow soil for planting oil peony was optimal at 4kg/m2.
