摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱检测曝气水中邻氨基苯酚的方法。采用Thermo Hypersil GOLD色谱柱(250×4.6,5μm,part No.25005-254630),选用48%∶52%水-乙腈为流动相,在波长234 nm、流速1.0 m L/min、柱温为25℃操作条件下以外标法进行定量分析。试验结果表明,邻氨基苯酚质量浓度在0.2~10.0μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(y=30535 x-1708.8,R^2=0.9997)。此外,本方法建立的加标回收率(98.0%~104.8%)、重复性(RSDArea=0.36%)、准确度(0.06%~1.7%)、检出限(0.08 mg/L)和定量限(0.27 mg/L)等试验结果均满足定性分析和定量分析。该方法具有易操作、分离特性好的特点。A method for the determinationin in aerated water of o-Aminophenol was established by HPLC.HPLC was carried out on a GOLD Thermo Hypersil column (250mm×4.6mm,5 μm,part No. 25005-254630),using water and acetonitrile (48%:52%) as mobile phase and the detection was performed by UV detector at 234 nm,of which the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 25 ℃ through the external standard method. The results showed that the o-aminophenol concentration ranged from 0.2μg/mL to 10.0 μg/mL can obtained a good linear relationship (y= 30535x-1708.8? R2= 0.9997) . In addi-tion,the results of adding standard recovery (98.0%~104.8%),repeatability (RSDArea=0.36%),accu-racy (0.06%~1.7%),LOD (0.08mg/L) and LOQ (0.27mg/L) could good meet the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Detection methods for o-aminophenol are easy to operate,the characteristics of sep-aration properties are good.
