健康成人静脉血常规标本室温放置不同时间对结果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康成人静脉血常规标本在室温下放置不同时间对血常规结果的影响,找出血常规标本检测的最佳时间。方法:收集70例健康体检者的EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血常规标本作为研究资料,应用Mindry-BC6900全自动血细胞分析仪在采血后第20分钟、第1小时、第1.5小时、第2.5小时和第5小时等时间点对其检测并对比分析检测结果。结果:白细胞计数和平均血小板体积于采血后第1小时开始变化,与第20分钟时检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中性粒细胞计数和血小板计数在采血后第1.5小时开始变化,与第20分钟时检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、红细胞平均体积等在室温放置5 min基本无变化。结论:室温下标本放置时间会对血常规结果造成影响,建议在采血后1 h内对健康成人血常规标本完成检测。Objective To explore the healthy adult＇s routine hematological testing in different time for standing at room temperature,find out the best time to examine. Method 70 cases healthy adult＇s blood Routine samples by EDTA-K2 anticoagulant tube were collected,Mindry-BC6900 automatic blood cell analyzer was used to detect and analyze the results after 20 minutes,1 hour,1. 5 hours,2. 5 hours and 5 hours after blood collection. Results The white blood cell count and mean platelet volume in1 hour after blood collected began to change,compared with the results in 20 minutes,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Neutrophil count and platelet count began to change after 1. 5 hours,and had significant difference compared with 20 minutes; red blood cell count,hemoglobin and mean corpuscular volume had almost done no change within 5 minutes at room temperature. Conclusion The routine blood specimens will be affected when stored at room temperature,so we should be best to test them within 1 hour after blood collected.
