探讨手术室全期护理在老年手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室全期护理在老年手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取150例老年手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(75例)和对照组(75例)。观察组给予手术室全期护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组患者的应用效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、收缩压、舒张压及心率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组在护理过程、护理结果、服务态度、心理护理和健康教育方面的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对老年手术患者实施手术室全期护理可有效改善患者的心理状态,减少术中应激反应的发生,提高满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of operation room whole period nursing in elderly surgery patients. Method 150 elderly surgery patients admitted in our hospital were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group（ 75 cases） and the control group（ 75 cases）. The observation group was given operation room whole period nursing while the control group was given routine nursing. The application effect was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the anxiety score,depression score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group decreased significantly,with significant difference（ P〈 0. 01）. The satisfaction of the observation group in the nursing process,nursing outcomes,service attitude,psychological care and health education was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant differences（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Operation room whole period nursing in elderly surgery patients can effectively improve the patient＇s psychological state,reduce the incidence of intraoperative stress response,improve patient satisfaction and is worthy of clinical application.
