细节护理在急诊创伤性休克患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨细节护理模式在急诊创伤性休克患者中的临床护理效果。方法:将265例急诊创伤性休克患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为研究组(130例)及对照组(135例)。给予对照组患者常规护理模式,研究组在对照组基础上给予细节护理干预措施,对比分析两组患者的抢救成功率、护理满意度、医疗纠纷及医疗差错情况。结果:研究组患者经积极抢救成功率(96.92%)显著高于对照组(85.18%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医疗纠纷及医疗差错显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于急诊创伤性休克患者,实施细节护理工作可以显著提升患者救治效果,减少护理纠纷及护理差错发生,提高患者护理满意度,值得在临床护理工作中推广。Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of the detail nursing mode in the emergency patients with traumatic shock. Method 265 patients with traumatic shock in our hospital were selected as study subjects,they were randomly divided into the study group（ 130 cases） and the control group（ 135 cases）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode,and the study group was given detailed nursing interventions on the basis of the control group. The rescue success rate,nursing satisfaction,medical disputes and medical errors of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The study group patients after active rescue after the success rate（ 96. 92%） was significantly higher than the control group（ 85. 18%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）; The study group of medical disputes and medical errors was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）; The study group of nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion For emergency patients with traumatic shock,carrying out detailed nursing work can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes and nursing errors,and improve patients＇ nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing work.
