摘  要:将聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)作为非反应型界面改性剂用于聚已二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)/竹粉木塑复合材料的制备,考察了其界面改性效果及对材料力学性能的影响。PVB分子中的羟基与缩醛基可以分别与竹粉表面的极性基团以及树脂基体相互作用,从而提高复合材料的界面相容性。结果表明,PVB直接添加或溶液添加对复合材料的力学性能影响不大;PVB使PBAT与竹粉的界面结合明显改善。在竹粉含量为30%(质量分数,下同)下,PVB含量为竹粉含量的1%时,复合材料的拉伸强度从5.16 MPa提高到6.02 MPa。This paper reported an investigation on the effect of polyvinyl butyral(PVB)as a nonreactive interfacial modifier on the interfacial adhesion and mechanical properties of woodplastic composites based on poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)and bamboo powders.It is understandable that the hydroxyl and acetal groups of PVB can interact with the polar groups of bamboo powders and polyester matrix,respectively,makes PVB a capability of interfacial modification.The results indicated that the interfacial adhesion between the bamboo powders and PBAT matrix was improved significantly.There is no significant influence on the mechanical properties of composites from the addition mode of PVB.The tensile strength of the composite was improved from 5.16 MPa to 6.02 MPa at a bamboo-powder content of 30 wt% when 1 wt% PVB in bamboo powders was incorporated.
