手术室环境下取用无菌棉签三种方法和频次对棉签污染的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:调查分析麻醉医师和手术室护士取用无菌棉签不同方式和频次对棉签污染情况,探讨安全、实用、简便的取用棉签方法。方法:将90包棉签随机分为A组、B组、C组,在洁净手术室恒定的环境下,分别采用3种不同开启一次性无菌棉签包装方法,每包棉签采集使用频次为3次,间隔30 min抽取一次,对比不同方法开启棉签和使用频次对棉签细菌污染情况。结果:三种方法取用无菌棉签均无污染;三组组内棉签不同抽取频次分别比较均无污染。结论:在洁净手术室环境下,三种抽取棉签方法和一包无菌棉签(规格5根/袋)开启后使用频次3次(间隔每30 min抽取一次)未发现有细菌污染。Objective： To compare the level of cotton swab contamination between different methods and times of sterile swab taking by anesthetists and surgical nurses,and to determine an effective,practical,and simple way to take a cotton swab. Methods： Ninety bags of sterile cotton swabs were randomly divided into groups A,B,and C.The cotton swab bags were opened using three different methods in a clean operating room environment. Each bag of swabs were taken three times with an interval of 30 min. Cotton swab contamination was compared between different methods and times of swab taking. Results： All three methods and three times of sterile swab taking resulted in nocontamination（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In a clean operating room environment,cotton swabs（5 swabs/pack） ob-tained by three different package opening methods,as well as three times of swab taking（every 30 min） after each opening,are free from bacterial contamination.
