摘  要:针对驱动风机负载的大功率电机无级调速困难、变频器价格昂贵、低速段效率低等问题,提出了一种基于行星差动传动原理的大功率风机无级调速节能动力系统。以节能为目标,给出了无级调速动力装置的优化设计方法,建立了大功率电机与变频调速电机的匹配关系。基于相似性原理研制了调速系统模型样机,并进行了调速和节能性能试验。结果表明:提出的无级调速动力装置能很好的实现无级调速功能,且相比于单独变频电机拖动,在调速范围内具有显著的节能优势。A new type of energy saving system with stepless speed regulation for high-power wind turbines is proposed based on the principle of planetary differential transmission in order to solve to problems of stepless speed regulating difficulty,high price of inverters and low efficiency at low speed for high-power motor used to drive wind turbines. An optimal design method for the stepless speed regulation device is given. The matching relationship between high-power motor and variable frequency speed regulating motor is expressed for energy saving. A test prototype of device is developed according to the similarity principle,the speed control and energy-saving performance tests are carried out. The results show that the stepless speed regulating can be realized well by using the proposed stepless speed regulation power device. The energy saving effect is remarkable compared with a single inverter motor driving system in the specific speed range.
