摘  要:为了让学生更好地认识阻燃环氧树脂的特性,并学会利用仪器设备对其性能特点进行分析,设计了透明阻燃环氧树脂的制备及其热性能分析实验。将合成的聚甲基亚膦酸双酚A酯加到环氧树脂(EP)中、制备成系列透明阻燃复合材料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、示差量热扫描仪、热重-红外连用测试仪,对其进行性能测试。结果表明复合材料有良好的热稳定性,与EP相容性好,大大提高EP的阻燃性能。该实验涵盖的知识点多,有利于提高学生综合运用知识的能力和严谨规范的科研能力。In order to make students better understand the characteristics of the flame retardant epoxy resin and learn to use the instruments and equipment to analyze its performance characteristics,the experiment on the preparation of the transparent flame retardant epoxy resin and its thermal performance analysis is designed.The synthesized polymethylphosphonic acid bisphenol A ester is added to the epoxy resin(EP)to prepare a series of transparent flame-retardant composites.The Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,differential scanning calorimeter and thermogravimetric infrared spectrometer are used to test its performance.The results show that the composites have good thermal stability and good compatibility with EP,which has greatly improved the EP flame retardancy.The experiment covers many knowledge points,which is helpful for improving students' comprehensive knowledge and rigorous scientific research ability.
