摘  要:设计和制作了一款全自动驻波法声速测量仪。该测量仪以上位机为核心,利用有效值检测模块将声波接收器产生的高频交变电压信号转化为直流电压信号,数据采集卡采集有效值检测模块输出的电压信号值,通过单片机和步进电机驱动器控制步进电机的转动,实现声波接收器的运动,以达到对驻波场中各点声压大小的自动测量;获得数据的同时,得到直观的声压变化与接收器位置关系图,数据和图片可以保存和输出。实验结果表明,该仪器彻底消除了回程差,测量效率高,操作简便,形象直观。A sound velocity measuring instrument with the full automatic standing wave method is designed and manufactured.The measuring instrument takes the upper computer as the core,and the effective value detection module is used to convert the high frequency alternating voltage signal generated by the acoustic receivers to DC voltage signal.The data acquisition card collects the value of the voltage signal generated from the effective value detection module.Through the control of the rotation of the stepper motor by the SCM and stepper motor driver,the motion of the acoustic receiver is realized to achieve the automatic measurement of the sound pressure of each point in the standing wave field.An intuitive relationship between sound pressure and receiver location is obtained while the data is received.After testing,the data and pictures can be saved and output.The experimental results show that the instrument eliminates the return difference thoroughly,and has high measuring efficiency,simple operation and intuitive image.
