摘 要:针对传统信号参数测量仪的误差受信号幅值和频率范围影响较大的问题,采用宽带自动增益控制电路进行信号调理,以单片机为主控,结合复杂可编程逻辑器件适合处理时序电路的特点设计等精度信号参数测量仪,测量正弦或脉冲信号的频率、周期、占空比和两路信号的时间间隔。实验表明,在频率测量范围为1Hz^100 MHz内的相对误差绝对值均不大于10-4,最小有效值达到10mV。In view of the problem that the error of the traditional signal measuring instrument is greatly influenced by the amplitude and frequency range of the signal,the wide-band automatic gain control circuit is used for the signal conditioning.With the SCM as the main control and in combination with the characteristics of the complex programmable logic device suitable for processing sequential circuits,the measuring instrument for equal precision signal parameter is designed to measure the frequency,period and duty ratio of the sine or impulse signal and the time interval between the two-way signals.The experiment shows that the absolute value of relative error in the frequency measurement range of 1 Hz-100 MHz is not greater than 10-4,and the minimum effective value reaches 10 mV.
